Music Pushing Us Further
While most people listen to music for mostly the pure enjoyment, others use music to inspire and motivate them to go as hard as they can. You could be running and when that song comes on, you feel like you could run for ever. Music stimulates many parts of the brain, but it also give your heart a kickstart to get going. Music during sports practices and while you are running is a great way to stay focused and motivated through the duration of your workout, and can help you reach places that you never thought you could go.

How does your attitude effect the way you play?
Attitude and Passion play a huge part in the way you play. So athletes play better when angry, others while more calm.
Attitude is a big part of the game because most athletes have a love for the game, a passion to do better. But attitudes can have a negative effect on players. Frustration can take over and you go to a mental place where you can't focus, and things become worse and worse.
Mental attitude and mental preparation is a big part of being an athlete and you need to be prepared to handle anything the game can throw at you.
